Beauty: My Duty Free Purchases

A picture of beauty products

Usually my duty free purchases only ever stretch to a bottle of perfume (always Marc Jacobs Daisy) and I’m in and out in 10 minutes. So, on my latest holiday coming out of duty free with three new products and one repurchase I was super excited to try out my newest beauty purchases!

I repurchased Benefit’s POREfessional which is one of my favourite primers, it’s really lightweight under make-up but also works on it’s own for those no make-up days. I also picked up a couple of new products I’d been keen to try for a while, Clarins Instant Light Natural Lip Balm Perfector (phew!) and Origins Gin Zing Eye Cream. I like my lip products to be moisturising but also have a little bit of colour so the  Clarins Lip Balm is perfect for me. I’ve reviewed the Origins Eye Cream over here but it’s already found it’s way into my everyday skincare routine. Finally, I decided to try out a new scent at duty free and picked up a bottle of the Narciso Rodriguez For Her, I won’t try and explain the scent but try it because it smells amazing!

I’m off to New York in November so I’m sure there’ll be lots more beauty hauls over here! Have you picked up any duty free products recently?

This primer from Benefit is the best! The Clarins lip balm looks promising, is it good for very dry lips?

It’s really moisturising, I find some lip products can really dry my lips out but this one doesn’t :)
